Unlike most contractors, we use a sophisticated scheduling program that enables us to better schedule subcontractors and remain in total control of all aspects of the construction process. And we update the schedule every week with progress data so we can fine-tune the next week’s schedule, knowing exactly what’s done. It’s a better process that results in happier customers.

Another practice that sets us apart is that we charge only for work completed, not a lump sum based on an inflated estimate. We develop a budget and follow it as closely as possible with the conditions we encounter. Our deep experience in this area means our projects finish within 10% of budget.
